Pricing questions
What counts as a vendor or customer?
Each vendor or customer record in your QuickBooks or Xero file counts once, however often it is rescreened. Inactive records you have archived do not count.
What if I have more than 2,000 vendors and customers?
Screening keeps running. Email us and we will agree a price with you.
Which currency will I pay in?
US dollars, unless you are in the UK, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, Australia or New Zealand. There you pay in pounds, Australian dollars or New Zealand dollars. This page shows the price for the country you are browsing from.
I keep the books for several clients. How do I pay?
One subscription per client file for now. Tell us how many files you manage when you join the waitlist. Practice pricing comes once enough firms ask for it.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. If you cancel, you can export your screening log and certificates before the account closes.
