About Sanctions Verified

Sanctions Verified is made by Suite Utils. We build utilities for QuickBooks, Xero and NetSuite.

Banks, auditors and large customers ask small businesses the same question: how do you check who you pay and who you sell to? Many answer with a manual search on a government website, done once and not recorded. Screening tools built for banks sit outside the accounting system.

Sanctions Verified will run the check inside QuickBooks Online and Xero. It will check a contact again when the contact changes, when a new bill comes in after a list update, and every month. Each check will be kept on file. Until it opens, you can check one name for free.

Where the lists come from

We download each list from the authority that publishes it: OFAC, UK, EU and UN every 6 hours, the others daily. We don't buy lists from a reseller. Every file we download is archived, so each certificate can name the exact version a contact was checked against.
